Water Lily at Longwood

In my landscape paintings, I often incorporate water and their reflections into the composition, so the capture of water lilies on paper or canvas is a natural progressionfor me. Showcasing the delicate detail of color in the flower is matched by the depth of the stems and roots that gradually disappear into the dark water.
